I’m happy to hear you enjoyed your experience. I recognize claims loads can vary, especially as we’ve adapted to evolving COVID-19 protocols. We’re actively hiring new associates to accommodate workloads. Thank you for sharing your review with us. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer

Pros

As they do with their customers, they talk a good game in the beginning. After you have signed the dotted line, then you find out who they really are.

Cons

Salary is based on the cost of living at the home office, which is a small town in the frozen North of Wisconsin. Management style is arrogant and closed door.
