Pros

Good vacation benefits. Easy to get time off approved.

Cons

Constantly changing requirements. Company refused to rehire when people quit which made it unpleasant for the remaining people. Medical benefits were not that great. Unrealistic workload.

Pros

Financially strong, conservative approach to running the business, good work-life balance

Cons

If you can adapt to the company culture (and aren't from Stevens Point, WI) then you are okay. Conservative to a fault in that they are 5-10 years behind competition in some practices/policies.
