Thank you for your feedback. Our hybrid work model provides a good work balance between working from home Mondays and Fridays, and collaborating with coworkers Tuesday through Thursday. Our associates also enjoy a meal stipend or meal subsidy depending on their location. When a new challenge in your workload is needed, working with your manager and leadership is always a good step. Pros

Work-life balance, hybrid model, salary

Cons

Non-existent approach to diversity and inclusivity is pretty shocking for a Fortune 1000 company. Reluctance to evolve. This is coming from a white man fwiw.

Thank you for your review. You’ve mentioned a few of the many advantages of working at Sentry that translates to our high retention rate and growing employee base. Regarding your comment on inclusion, I disagree with your stance. Our approach to date is focusing on programs and organizations that work to build stronger, more equitable communities. If you’d like to learn more about our Inclusion and Belonging efforts at Sentry, please reach out to me. Javier Sotelo – Sr. Director of Talent

I’m sorry your experience at Sentry wasn’t positive. However, I disagree as to how you’ve described our culture. Our environment of open and honest communication isn’t a façade but how we do business internally and externally. When issues arise, all employees have outlets to safely share their concerns so—together—we can come to a resolution. Javier Sotelo – Sr. Director of Talent
