Write poor programs compared to competition. Very high priced and can’t compete with our competition. Feel bad selling to our clients that have to pay for our policies that don’t cover anything

Too tiring to discuss. If you are “yes ma’am” person, this will be good for you. Otherwise, you are just a number. They don’t know how to invest in their people. All about metrics only. You do not matter.
