      Competitive pay, nice people, good 401k plan

      Cons

      We've never been asked about what we would prefer about returning to the office. We're repeatedly told the last 2 years have been the most successful years Sentry has ever had, and then management turns around and says in-office culture plays a vital role in Sentry's success, which is obviously not the case. Many associates would prefer to stay at home, or at least have more flexibility. There's increased tension among associates regarding this issue, and it's being ignored.

Our company is built on relationships, and we believe there’s value to being together in person. However, we recognize the benefits of working from home and don’t want to abandon in entirely, which is why we decided to move to a hybrid model, where associates can work at home and in the office.       Good business mindset, needs work on employee centric

      Runs lean, gets things done fairly quickly, projects are often collaborative.

      Cons

      Really tone-deaf on return to work directive. We've worked great from home, and should have more ability to make the choice for ourselves in how often we want to be in the office. We've never been surveyed, interviewed, given a platform to indicate our preferences, the decision was just made for us with no input.
