Pros

Other than workloads which are too heavy sometimes it is a good job where you learn a lot. You work hard, but the adjusters and managers all help each other and will answer questions and give you help. Good 401k match.

Cons

The health benefits are not the best and they should be reviewed so that they cost the employees less and offer better coverage.

Pros

Madison Location has more flexibility than Stevens Point. LArgely depends on who you report too and the team you work with. Company has great projects coming up. Culture is good and people seem to focus on oe common goal.

Cons

Madison Location has no facilities compared to Stevens Point. Some people who have been working woth Sentry for 3 decades seem to have very trditional approach and are not as flexible. The cotractors they hire from 3rd party vendors are not as competent as the Consultants from Cognizant. The associates are highly skilled.
