Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m glad to you know you enjoy the flexibility and benefits. I understand claims loads can vary greatly—this has been more of a challenge due to volatile claim volumes and fluid COVID-19 protocols. We’re actively recruiting additional claim representatives to help stabilize our workloads. Please reach out to your manager or HR representative with any concerns you have. Pros

401K match is incredible Workload is manageable Competitive Pay in the Industry

Cons

Does not react well to the changing landscape of COVID environment. Sentry is VERY set in the old ways of now allowing remote work full time. Will likely lose a good amount of employees when they send people back. They're trying a hybrid approach to making people happy, but the landscape has changed. Remote work is the future and they refuse to adapt to it full time.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re proud of how all our associates adapted to remote work since the pandemic began. It’s because of this success we recognize remote work is something we don’t want to disregard. That’s why we’re adopting a hybrid approach when we go back to the office, where our associates work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We strongly believe that working together in the office environment is an advantage for all of us, and can achieve more when we have the opportunity to meet in person and connect on a more personal level. When all of us come together, we do great things. I encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR representative with your concerns. Javier Sotelo – Senior Director of Talent
