Thank you for taking the time to share this review. You’ve provided many of the attributes of our employee experience at Sentry. And we’re always working to provide an even better experience in and out of the office. We recently enhanced our benefits programs, including improving our paid time off and adding a new paid parental leave program and tuition reimbursement. Again, thank you for your feedback. Pros

Super friendly coworkers, great culture, learned a lot here. Everyone I met was always willing to help.

Cons

Full remote wasn't available, felt like we were never asked what we'd prefer, the decision was just made for us. Unclear/confusing requirements that need constant follow up with the business on. This results in many long meetings. Compensation is low. I didn't realize how underpaid I was until I started interviewing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I’m pleased to hear you enjoyed our culture at Sentry and you gained valuable experience with us. Many of our projects are complex and require ongoing collaboration. As a company built on conversation, we’re constantly working to come up with the best solutions. We believe in our hybrid work model, as it allows us to share ideas, learn from one another, and resolve issues together, while also enjoying the benefits of working remotely. We routinely assess our compensation and benefits options to provide a competitive benefits package. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. Jim Frank – Chief Information Officer
