Pros

It’s a job. Come in. Go out. Get paid.

Cons

Promos only good for young and childless or empty nesters. No extra pay for unique skillset or extensive experience. Point system affects one’s home life more difficult. Do not get mildly or extremely sick. There is no flexibility. And so you bathroom business before work because you get hit with a reprimand for going to the bathroom more than 15 min a day then threatened that any extra time used for bathroom break will be taken out of your break or lunch. Lack of communication is regards to work procedures. Management no on same page. One rule. One way. Don’t depend on the septa supervisor for advancement. Look on the career page of septa.
