Pros

-you’re able to set you’re on schedule -request take off days two days in advance -flexible hours -beginner friendly position, just need basic reading and math knowledge

Cons

-location varies so its not the same everyday and some areas aren’t the best to be working in, safety wise -working in the elements -you don’t get a set amount of hours per week, it varies depending on if they have something available to you within your given availability

Good pay, benefits, easy job, enjoyable customers.

Cons

Work/life. First 2-4 years the schedule can be difficult for you. There are bad customers, the vulnerable population, traffic, detours. Sometimes the company can make you feel undervalued.
