Steady work with occasional overtime hours. Pay rate is decent Healthcare benefits are inexpensive and high tier.

Cons

Wage gap for the tradesmen is large compared to other companies that offer higher wages (based on the industry standards). Ex: Substation Maintainer 1st Class pay rate is 40% less compared to PECO.
