Pros
Septa can be a good place to work. They pay well and for the most part as a bus operator you work independently with no one over your back as long as you do exactly as they tell yo do.
Cons
unless you want to stay a bus driver forever you have to get out of the seat. move around as much as you can within the company but try not to make lateral moves always upward
