Good pay. I personally enjoy the job.

Cons

It is not for everyone. The schedule can be chaotic and sometimes the customers will chip away at your pride. There’s also somewhat of a divide between you and management as well.

Salary is extremely low. Management is an absolute disgrace. The interim GM is a joke. Little to no hybrid.
