Lack of leadership amongst the management. Lack of knowledge for running a railroad in upper management.

Very good benefits including the best medical I've ever had, and a pension.

Cons

Horrible culture. Upper management blames their underlings for anything that fits wrong and takes credit for their underlings contributions. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical.
