      I recently accepted a position at Sequoia Equities and have been impressed with the whole interviewing and hiring experience. Everyone has been extremely kind, approachable, and straight forward. I'm thrilled to be joining Sequoia Equities and am looking forward to being a part of and contributing to the team.

      Open to new ideas. Constantly changing and trying to make things better for employees and for residents.

      Cons

      The cons are what any company trying to make money are. They have to do certain things to ensure they make a profit. They need the profit to take care of employees.

      Pros

      Sequoia puts its employees at the fore front when making decisions. It’s a great company to learn and grown in and has many opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Residents can be difficult, but have routes to direct them to a solution 9/10 times.
