      -HR is there to protect the company not the employees -Sequoia doesn’t place value in valuable employees -Favoritism plays a huge part in your success or lack there of -3% loyalty raise -Disconnect between on site teams and home office

      They truly care about their staff and residents. They offer many employee benefits including money for career wear, days off just because, 401K and more.
