Pros
An absolutely wonderful company that puts their employees first. It is a very inclusive company with tons of communication and lots of avenues to grow your career. I was with another company for 3 years and was not given an opportunity to advance, but with Sequoia I have moved into higher roles 3 times within 2 years. The training we receive is on par with most companies in this industry, however Sequoia is much more hands on. They have virtual and in person training events regularly and are always there to answer questions if we are struggling to understand something afterwards. Pay at Sequoia is very competitive and even edges out most of the industry with annual increases plus regular bonus opportunities. Sequoia also provides allowances for clothes for both maintenance and office team members.
Cons
It's hard to peg this as a negative, but I would say there are times where we are very vocal about social issues. If that is something you are not open to discussing or its something you don't want your company doing, then I would keep this in mind.
