Sequoia had been more than just a career choice but a second family ! All of the support and training and just someone always there for you . I would recommend anyone to work here . I started with a job and now leaving with a career! They teach you ethics , and not just throw you into a situation there’s so many people on your side and there is no greater feeling. I can go on and on boasting about how great Sequoia is but you would have to experience for yourself . ❤️

Working at Sequoia for only a few months and it really does have the family feel. Being fairly small in Southern California could make it a challenge but leadership does a good job of keeping us together. There is a ton of training, clear communication and realistic expectations. I believe this company believes in mental health and making sure their employees are happy and healthy. I also believe the company goes above and beyond for their residents as well, which makes work a bit easier. If you're reading this and looking for a company that you can feel comfortable with as well as grow with, this is the company for you.
