Pros

Company atmosphere is amazing, training, holiday trips, work like balance goals are all great. Clearly defined and attainable bonus plan in place. Seems like they care about their residents and their employees. Stephanie Huhman at The Mill at First Hill location is amazing, as are the rest of the people there. If it had not been for a series of incompetent people placed in the service manager position I would still be working there, but I hear they have since found a great one!

Cons

Sometimes they care until they don't, and certain issues aren't handled in an ideal way, but no major cons. If a poor performing supervisor is placed, it is not easily resolved. Sometimes upward mobility can be stagnant.

Tangibles: They buy career wear They pay for et ceteras such as dry cleaning and tailoring They pay higher than industry average They have paid travel events for the company Intangibles: The company is very communicative There is a spirit of generosity They train/hire/promote from within often My property (The Mill) has a stellar culture within the staff. It truly feels like a team, lacking malicious gossip and poisonous drama.
