Pros

They care about their employees. You'll wake up wanting to go to work because you know you'll be valued and appreciated. I've worked at a lot of companies and Sequoia is by far the best.

Cons

I can't currently think of anything. Everyone I've encountered including corporate management have been super nice and helpful. I see myself staying with Sequoia until I retire.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are feeling forgotten. Perhaps someday they can be JEANS DAYS too.
