      Invests in their employees, with great benfits, bonuses, fun perks. You really feel taken care of. Training is actually very fun and incredibly valuable They are always thinking of ways to spoil their employees as well as customers Great company to grow in

      If you are looking to grow into higher positions, you most likely will need to relocate to a different city or state

      Pros

      Having worked for Sequoia Equities for almost 3 years, I can say that it's amazing to be with a company that holds such high value for its employees. Other than the great benefits they offer, I think the best part so far has been their willingness to promoting from within the company. Being part of a Mentor Program to achieve just that, I have been able to showcase my skills obtain multiple promotions so far. It proves that hard work doesn't go unnoticed and the support system is very strong.

      Pros

      The recruitment staff and everyone I interviewed with were very kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. I was constantly surprised by how quickly I got updates on my application process and they were completely transparent and honest with procedures.

      Cons

      It is impossible to speed up time to get started with such an amazing company.
