Sequoia truly has become my family. You aren't just another employee number among thousands, but are actually valued for your contributions and dedication. Yes, it can be a lot of work at times, but the rewards are definitely worth the effort.

Cons

None whatsoever. In four years with the company, I really haven't found anything that's really a major issue.
