I was new to the industry when I started as a temp for one of the locations. From day 1 it was clear that this is not your usual corporate environment, everyone that I met from the maintenance team to the executives seemed like they were genuinely enjoying their jobs. Very quickly I realized I wanted to be a part of this company. Luckily Sequoia saw something in me and offered me a full time position. That was 8 years ago! I have met and worked with so many wonderful people! The company's culture is what stood out to me when I first started and I still absolutely love it!

Cons

this is a smaller company so you have to be patient for growth opportunities.

I’m so blessed to join such an amazing company and I am so grateful because they help me grow when I was so new to the industry they took a gamble and help me elevate myself to a level of service I am proud to give

Cons

The only con is I wish there were more events where we could all get together and visit as a company it’s nice but that’s not anything bad

Sequoia takes really good care of their employees and residents . We hold resident events and employees are rewarded for all their hard efforts. Lots and lots of benefits working here and very family oriented.
