They not only care about the customer but the employee as well. I feel taken care of as an employee, and I have endless opportunities for advancement in the future

Company values/recognizes hard work, dedication and empowering associates. Training sessions are well thought out and fun. Strong family feel even for a mid-size to large company. Company culture clearly defined.

Cons

Honestly have not experienced any out of the ordinary "Cons". There are always challenges, different processes and procedures for every company.

As of today, Sequoia now owns Carriages Apartments, in Renton, WA, right outside of Seattle and prior to that Eddyline in the Portland, OR market. These new acquisitions allowed us to promote our team members and transfer some closer to where they live! Seriously though, thank you so much for your feedback.
