Genuinely passionate colleagues, management and leadership was always extremely supportive, and always had opportunities to develop careers and experience different business units and working environments. Great if you're just starting out in your career.

Cons

If being promoted internally, salaries could fall significantly below market rates. Frequent restructures and redundancy rounds in corporate functions lead to poor morale and increased workloads. Company-wide recognition mechanisms (e.g. annual awards), whilst with good intent was poorly executed - the process was open to favouritism and biased selection leading to colleagues being missed out from rewards for their projects/initiatives.
