Pros

Pay is decent for someone with no call center experience. They attempt to celebrate some major holidays in office by having potlucks. Health insurance wasn't too shabby. Awesome co-workers, for the most part.

Cons

Training was horrendous. It was about a week of training, and we did not even take phone calls for practice. We were thrown on the phones. We had no answers to any of the customers' questions, and halfway knew what systems to work with and what buttons to push for the customers' questions. It was chaos- everyone was confused, management included. Management never knows the answer to anyone's questions and often give answers that conflict with the next person in management. I receive positive feedback regarding my work, only to have another team leader find something wrong with it. Conflicting words all day, every day... Favoritism is also in effect. Breaks are micromanaged, and you only get 1 thirty-minute break and 2 skimpy 10-minute breaks. "Supervisors" have favoritism and hardly do any work, remaining in office on the phone and inviting certain favorites in for lunch or what have you. It's unprofessional because of the attitudes, people hired, and their work ethics. They will hire anybody!!! Loud-mouthed, unprofessional people with no sense of proper grammer or manners are easily hired and taking calls right beside you- so loud you can barely hear your own call. Whew, this place is a joke. Get your start here, then move on.

Pros

Convenience and surrounding restaurants, shopping centers and I-285/75. Always hiring because employees are quitting.

Cons

Pay is capped at 12.50/hr no matter how long you've been there and you only get paid up to a couple bucks more if you're in management, in which you can't climb the ladder any further than that. NO holidays off. 30 min NON PAID lunch break/ 2 10 min breaks. NO sick days. Micro-management. Some employees work with more clients and still get the same pay as employees that work with less clients. Very low company moral. Very high employee turnover rate. No communication amongst management and they often blame CSRs for their mistakes.

Pros

The environment is amazing. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The management staff is very understanding as well.

Cons

Sometimes there are mis communications between management and employees. Management makes it hard to actually enjoy your job. There are no incentives so they work atmosphere can become mundane.
