Pros

Good benefits, some of the best i've ever had at a company, Great work life balance if you learn to have boundaries around work obligations and what can wait. Serv-U tries to make work fun and encouraging by doing yearly events in the stores, also some ongoing sales events or competitions. Stable work being a subsidiary of Meijer. Pay tends to be at market or even higher. Yearly performance reviews with raises depending on your performance.

Cons

constant changes, because the company is growing year over year. It can be hard to keep up with at times.

Not enough training,a they throw you in the fire and tell you to figure it out,constantly changing environments,1000 emails a day,long hours
