This company has given me an amazing opportunity. The work is fast paced and challenging. The personnel that I have came in contact with have all been amazing, and with me being new to the industry, they have all been more than willing to share knowledge and experience in order to help me succeed in my role. They also hold everyone accountable for the decisions that are made, while being fair and understanding at the same time. All around an amazing company to be a part of. I look forward to getting to work each and every day.
Cons
Due to the rapid growth of the company over the last couple of years, there has been a little disorganization with the hierarchy of the company. It is getting better from what I see and in my opinion it will continue to get better because the personnel care.
