Pros

I love this company. The training and support is amazing. The pay is awesome. It is nice to work some where that respect the workers through action and not just give lipservice.

Cons

No cons that I have experienced. Different supervisors styles can hinder some workers. But I am sure that iscan be resolved through chain of command.

Pros

Autonomy of schedule and rapport/relations. Company is always changing, adapting, and modifying. Rewarding job - working with and for people. Person centered throughout whole company. Met the CEO on the first day of orientation!

Cons

Communication. change process is a bit slow or super fast. Company grew exponentially and is now picking up the pieces.
