Pros

A good place to start and gain experience. The pay structure seems good at first glance. High expectations (Laziness should not be rewarded) Nice CEO.

Cons

1. You'll be thrown to the wolves on day one. (You'll gain experience that way) 2. Favoritism is the order of the day. (Play the game and win the price) 3. At a second glance, the pay structure is deeply affected by favoritism. You can be at the same pay rate as your colleague but the supervisor may give you a 2 rating and give her preferred staff a 3-4. That's a difference of nearly $3000 each quarter. So you may both start at $50k but the other may make $62k at the end of the year. (Nice isn't it?) 3. WOMEN, WOMEN, WOMEN! (Need I say more?) 4. This is a corporation disguising itself as a non-profit.

I'm impressed with leadership and there are great opportunities for advancement here. Supervisor positions are filled by internal case managers. This company does great work in the community

Service Coordination provides all staff with the flexibility to have a work life balance. While also working with individuals who live in the same communities that you serve.

Cons

The paperwork can be time consuming, but if you are organized then it becomes manageable.
