Pros

Paid training, one of the only HVAC entry level jobs

Cons

Only 2% commission on all sales including a $15k whole unit, industry low pay, you could make more money organizing stuff as an admin assistant, work exceeds over 10 hours a day in busy seasons, only $10 a day for being on call 24/7, you have to buy all your own tools which can range in the thousands of dollars eventually!!! You're not compensated for the mechanics tool law for buying your own tools. Weekend work.

Can listen to music or do various things like eat while making calls. 45 minute break. Warm calling. Company outings.

Cons

Random rules. No promotion unless you’re friends with management. $12-$14 “certain” people were paid less than “other” people
