Pros

The company has some of the hardest working technicians in the industry. The training is second to none. The company provides outstanding customer support.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company has no regard for the technicians and their families. If you are a Veteran don't bother to apply to this company. They advertise that they are Veteran friendly but, the truth is, they will undermine all of the leadership training you have received. If your a disable veteran such as I am, they will not accommodate your disability. So forget it! "Number 10 GI." They will discharge you for having a disability.

Pros

The benefits are extremely generous compared with the industry. The work is steady throughout the year. Opportunity for advancement is available.

Cons

Like with any company in the H.V.A.C. Industry, the hours can be long and the work load demanding. At times it may require personal sacrifice to achieve the desired results.
