Pros

Training is phenomenal. Anyone from the top down is nearly always happy to help. Benefits are good. Always felt like I was a big help to the community.

Cons

A lot of rapid changes leading to a lot of confusion. In some ways, the corporate hold on the business is a bit too strong, not allowing for enough flexibility.

Winnipeg Supply is a large company but they treat their staff well. Benefits package is comprehensive. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Management focuses on safe practices.

Cons

Lack of one on one training for level 1 apprentices, though if you have specific questions management is happy to help. Otherwise departmental communication is lacking
