Pros

The training was thorough. However, it doesn't translate to what sales people need in the field.

Cons

The entire sales management team is made up of men that could star in a training video about the different types of harassment in the workplace. Some of them overtly sexually harass through in appropriate touch and language. Others are examples of a hostile work environment. The HR department is not supportive of the employees. They only exist to defend and protect the management team.
