Pros

You can make lots of money and have good full benefits. Work car and phone/IPad.

Cons

Service experts is way higher priced then there competitors and needs to be to cover all there crazy overhead. They don’t perform any better work then the next guy and they want to lock customers in to contracts. It’s a great business model for them to make money. They allow shady sales tactics and then never follow thur on promises.

Pros

Working outside with consumers, helping solve consumer issues and the opportunity to make great money

Cons

The service center I worked at had a certain way of doing things that was cliche-ish; if you didn't fit the mold for who they were, then you work was going to be more difficult to do. The schedule was inconsistent due to the busy and slow seasons of HVAC, and sales could be hard to come by if you weren't a top producer (and unfortunately, occasionally ethically questionable)

Pros

There are some good people in the company but management is a complete mess

Cons

They talk about keeping good people but the turnover rate is unbelievably high, do to good people leaving because of low pay and they have fired several good pople.
