Pros

1. Some of us can work from home. 2. Benefits are okay. 3. Pay is comparable.

Cons

1. Took away work from home for some people. 2. After this year will not pay out vacation if you leave. 3. Will overload you and then ask why you haven’t completed items. 4. Won’t hire more people. (They only had one person approving all company expenses until they left). 3. Multiple accounting softwares that do not talk to each other. 4. Lots of manual & complicated processes.

Pros

Really easy work. Big commissions can be made on selling overpriced service plans that lock customers in for 15 years

Cons

Rip off to customers, too many moving pieces, dispatchers control your day and have no idea what theyre doing
