All about overselling

Pros

Salary is not currently bad

Cons

They have made it clear raises in the future will be limited, they try to make you over sell to customers and are less a customer service based company and more a get what you can out of customers company. The parent company owns another company that leases out hvac systems that end up costing customers 2.5 to 3 times the amount of the system value at time of sale and they are pushing us to upsell that to customers and when customers are buying systems straight out instead we are asked why we didn't try to get them to use the advantage leasing instead.

Remote work, minimal travel, and a great learning experience.

Cons

Constant change with terrible interdepartmental communications. People who need to leave can't get fired.
