Good culture. The company is more invested in its employees compared to most.

Cons

Pay could be better. Some of our tools we use on our day to day need to be overhauled.

You will find yourself surrounded by a great group of people. Leadership cares. Consistent growth creates a lot of opportunities.

Cons

Growth can be challenging for those that are not adaptable. This is not a place to go and "rest". You will be challenged. This is a great thing for the right people.
