Pros

Service Express exceeds when it comes to caring for their employees mentally, professionally and financially.

Cons

Sales is sales and sometimes there are a lot of organizational changes you cannot prevent, but please stop hiring those who do not exude the cultural traits of what Service Express stands for. It will only contaminate the culture for offices outside of Grand Rapids (HQ).

Pros

This company has a very positive future and outlook, great staff at all levels. Support channels were well above average. Training was very informative and not over bearing, the coaching staff was excellent. Company perks are well above avg. Takes team building to another level

Cons

Not all territories are the same, yet regardless your Quota is the same. The potential of a top 10 or 20 US City is very much different vs. smaller territories. That was the only frustration I had while employed. Theres always something at any place, but nothing that would keep me from wanting to go back if the opportunity presented itself.

Pros

All of the props should go to the TA team for hiring great individuals to work alongside.

Cons

They are constantly brain-washing people into thinking this is the greatest company and job you will ever have. They make it seem like there is unlimited opportunity, but that is based on if you are part of their favorite group and if you got a good territory or AE to work with. You are highly under payed and they overcompensate heavily on "culture" to make you feel better for it. They claim to be transparent but they are constantly covering their own tracks for internal changes so they can meet large sales goals.
