Pros

The leadership has an open door policy and is open to suggestions. There is always a two way conversation. Also, the leads have a close ear to the ground when it comes to the customers' needs. The company is energetic and everyone is approachable and friendly.

Cons

The young company is missing a few benefits that one would expect to see from their employer. However, I'm confident this will change with time.

Pros

I have witnessed the growth and maturity of this company for almost 3 years. We have made great strides in employing a diverse brain-trust of individuals to make them family. Service Fusion now has a company culture that could be envied by many larger corporations.

Cons

The corporate benefits took some time to evolve but it is now hopefully a work in progress. We have seen improvements made to medical and additions in dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. I remain optimistic that we will soon see a plan for those who wish to retire with Service Fusion with expansion in 401K and/or any other retirement plan. I would love to "grow old" with this company.
