Pros
There’s a lot of opportunities to sell because the industry has a ton of leads(but it depends on if the sales leadership likes you this month or not) I’ve made some good money in high seasons It’s easy and doesn’t take much
Cons
Leadership overcomplicates the process No direction or proper strategy Tomorrow might be something completely different Promises are made and never delivered Sales Leadership appear to not know what they’re doing most times Changing CRM & Email systems which is unnecessary and dramatic No room for advancement No raises or talks of a raise I’ve never did a performance review 98% of the time I ask for help I don’t receive it Promises are made and never kept.
