Business has been running for decades If you're tech savvy and efficient, you'll look like a rockstar

Cons

Management leaves you on an island Work culture is toxic (everybody hates the job) The company is innovation averse. You're forced to perform the majority of your work manually The industry is feast or famine. You may work short days.
