Pros

I love my role at ServiceMaster! I truly feel like I am making an impact on the culture and have a voice in the company. We have amazing diversity within our departments, a beautiful office building, and a very collaborative working culture and community. I have an amazing team that makes me excited to go to work every day. I also love the story of the company, and feel as though I personally relate to our values. I really feel fulfilled by what I do, and can say it has grown and stretched me professionally.

Cons

We are in a high growth phase, which is a great thing for the ccompany, but it also means there is always a lot to do. It isn't always a con, but sometimes all the moving parts can become a little overwhelming. If you work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to roll with it as things change, you can thrive here.

Pros

ServiceMaster is a great place for those at the start of their careers. There are many opportunities for you to grow. The culture, diversity, and people at SMB are great. Flexible hours & hybrid model (some jobs are fully remote) allow you to have a good work/life balance. At the Atlanta office, the people are great and fun work lunches or activities allow for nice breaks and networking moments with all departments.

Cons

The company is in a fast-pacing growth phase. With this comes changes and not everyone is comfortable with quick and frequent changes. However, these changes bring in opportunities to grow your career which is great if you have an ambitious career plan.
