      Pros

      The production crews were very knowledgeable about products and procedures. They were also very helpful to new production members.

      Cons

      between the empty promises about wage increases upon being hired and no room for advancement. No support for production crews. get worked anywhere between 12 to 20+ hours a day when your on-call. they get upset when you call in after working until 3 am and they want you back in at 8 am.

      Pros

      Most franchisees have been around for 10+ years. The company has excellent values, having to do with developing people and growing profitably.

      Cons

      The home office has gone through so many changes in the past couple of years that few people have retained the company's values.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime if they were really busy, get into good shape from demolition. The bond with the coworkers was amazing and we always had each others back.

      Cons

      They will work you and work you non stop when busy and not give you any hours when slow. Just concered with making profit, not the wellbeing of employees.
