Pros

Everyone is like Family here, Even Management stands by you when something may go wrong. The work is demanding but what job isn't? At the same token it is what you make it. Over come a challenge and things are fine. Be positive and you will recieve positive results. Look for bad, I'm sure one can find that as well.

Cons

More equipment...Would be nice to have better open windows when completing one job and arriving at the next. Not everything can go as planned. but at the same time we wanna make the people happy.

Pros

There are new opportunities for the right skill sets. Things do not stay the same - company is always in motion The company's services seem to be fairly recession proof as they target customers with home services needs such as pest control, lawn care, disaster restoration, home warranty and cleaning. The company seems on the verge of big growth and has taken strides to be ready for an economic up-turn.

Cons

Company seems bent toward hiring from the outside rather than promoting internally. The culture of change can be a tough adjustment for some people. The business lines seem towered rather than eager to work collaboratively.

Pros

Very flexible, Stable position even during unstable economy, great oppurtunity for advancement due to seeking prospects from within. The company over all is great. It just depends on the department and B-unit you are in.

Cons

No set training program in place. Current employees train new hires and temps which cause a lot of things to be missed. Certain departments need a bit more structure. You also dont get any PTO until you have been with the company for 6 months.
