Pros

laid back, easy going job,

Cons

min wage which is good for someone who is retired and just wants something to do, or for someone in high school or just out of school. No benefits and employer doesn't seem to care about employees as employees never get a raise, even the ones who have been there for 10 years. Overall you can't afford to live with this job, so no future. High turnover rate. Lay off during season depending on where you work.

Pros

People are friendly and they do a good job of trying to motivate people to work hard and also a responsible company towards ecological causes. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Bueracracy and favoritism ever present. No desire to become a global company in todays ever spreading globalization and a short term focus on profitability based on vested interests in upper management
