coworkers nice, people on that level okay

Cons

managment horrible. always knocking you down no matter how hard you work, and they do every trick in the book to keep from paying you.

Pros

You learn a lot working for SM. This company has a lot of area for you to grow into. Entry level and and lower level management positions don't have the best salaries compared to the work required, however as you put in your time and your tenure grows, and you do a great job, you can expect to be rewarded. (Note.. there are a lot of people who work there.. not everyone can be high level management and not everyone can always be happy.... stay out of the gossip mill.. you will be fine!)

Cons

if you come into the company in a lower position, it takes a LOT of work to move and advance your career. If you come in mid- level... you will likely increase in ranking quicker... Negotiate well.. speak up and seek the recognition you deserve!

Pros

A very laid back atmosphere, not a lot of challenges. Decent location to work. Easy commute and nice people to work with.

Cons

The company is heading in the wrong direction. After being acquired they have stopped thinking of the customer and are only interested in marketing and cost containment. I see no growth strategy.
