It is a new industry to learn and it can be challenging.

Cons

Poor management and micro management and lack of trust from employer. As well as not paying for what was agreed on time.

Pros

Got to meet some interesting people. They were always buying the staff lunch just to thank them for being good employees. They also did employee of the month.

Cons

High turnover of cleaners and management. It would be better if they paid more Lots of walk ins looking for work.
