- Company is treading water trying to stay afloat - High employee turnover - Controlling/intimidation type management - Terrible computer systems. Everything is done by patch work. - Not a happy or inspiring environment to work in - Managers & leadership don’t care about your future. They change you career path without your permission and force you to accept it.
