Pros

I enjoyed working at ServiceMaster (5 years). Loved the team spirit, connection to the other companies within the SM family, and ability to move up in position and responsibility.

Cons

Some higher level managers are out of touch with the team and what it takes to get the job done. Some were understanding when you had a conversation around realistic expectations and other were not. I find this to me the norm in many companies.
